The hotel was enchanting and clean with very good staff and food. The room we had included an individual safe, climate control and an iron/ironing board. We ate at a good restaurant with basic food.

Room was contemporary, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was superb. Fabulous, consistently courteous staff. Warm drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. This hotel was located in a central area close to Berjaya Times Square, centre, shopping mall.

Our experience here was very nice. We loved the hotel, it was luxury and had decent location close enough to numerous eateries and the Ombi monorail station at the Berjaya Times Square Mall and the Petronas Towers and the pavilions. The most important was the staff - helpful and respectful. The food on offer at buffet breakfast was good. Modern design, very good service in the entire venue.

Everything was well managed, this hotel had immaculate rooms and its breakfast was SIMPLY DELICIOUS. Superbly friendly staff, quick check-in. You could walk to the shops and a market. Plus, icc pudu was located in the immediate surroundings.
